SHIPPING
The products are typically dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. In case the product is unavailable, we will source the same in 4 weeks and dispatch it.
To return your product, you should mail your product to The Blue Hour. 1st Floor. 3224, 7th Block Arkavathi Layout Jakkur. Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064 along with a copy of the invoice.
RETURNS
We work on a no-return and no-refund policy for all items.
The only exception is if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged goods via email to info@thebluehour.in.
If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thebluehour.in

CANCELLATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Order can be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of order placed by sending us an email to info@thebluehour.in or by calling us on +91 91139 61801. Beyond 12 hrs cancellation will not be accepted.
